Sempova (“Sempova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service of Billie Grant, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how our website at sempova.ai (the “Site”) handles information. We wrote it to be honest and plain. If you have questions, contact us at hello@sempova.ai.

1. The short version

The Site is an informational marketing website. We do not collect personal information from you through forms on this Site, we do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not set our own cookies to follow you around. The only ways we receive information from you are if you choose to email us or to book a call using the links we provide, both described below.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask you to create an account, fill out a form, or submit personal details on this Site. We do not knowingly collect your name, address, phone number, or payment information through the Site.

3. Technical information processed by our hosting provider

Like virtually every website, the Site is delivered through a third-party infrastructure and hosting provider (currently Cloudflare Pages). To serve pages securely and reliably and to protect against abuse, that provider may automatically process limited technical data in its systems and logs, for example your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you request. Sempova does not use this technical data to identify you and does not combine it with any other information about you. This processing is governed by the hosting provider’s own privacy terms.

4. Cookies

The Site does not set our own tracking or advertising cookies. Our hosting or security provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies or similar mechanisms to keep the Site secure and functioning; these are not used to profile you for advertising. If we ever add analytics or other non-essential cookies, we will update this policy and provide any consent choices the law requires before turning them on.

5. If you email us

If you email hello@sempova.ai (or reply to a message from us), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to read and respond to you and to follow up about the services you asked about. We do not sell it. Please do not send sensitive personal information by email.

6. If you book a call

Our “Book a free call” button opens Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, in a new tab. When you book a time, Cal.com collects the information you enter (such as your name, email address, and any notes you provide) directly, under its own privacy policy. We receive only the booking details needed to prepare for and conduct the call. Review Cal.com’s privacy policy at their site before booking.

7. How we use information you give us

Only to respond to you, schedule and conduct a requested call, and communicate about the services you inquired about. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us operate (such as our email and scheduling providers) or as required by law.

8. Data retention

We keep the emails and booking details you send only as long as needed for the purpose above and our ordinary business records, then delete or archive them under our normal practices.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we receive. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact hello@sempova.ai and we will delete it.

11. Your choices and state/region-specific rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal information about you (for example, to access or delete it). Because this v1 Site collects no personal information through forms, these rights generally attach only to information you email us or provide through the booking tool. 12. Third-party links

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. If we add any feature that collects personal information (a contact or lead form, newsletter, or chatbot) or add analytics, we will revise this policy before that feature goes live.
